Operations Manager

The charity is experiencing healthy growth and therefore an opportunity has arisen to recruit an Operations Manager into the senior team. This is a key role which involves directing and coordinating the internal structure of the Charity.

Excellent communication skills are required together with a drive for business improvement, combined with an empathetic approach to team creation and staff development.

20 hours per week.

Based at St Michael’s Lodge, Langho, BB6 8BG

Contract: Permanent, 6 months probationary period.
